Day Trip to Sedona

Sedona was a beautiful town. Great romantic destination full of majestic views of the red rock formations that was corroded over time by nature, particularly water and wind. The town itself had its own charm about it. Definetly a tourist driven town…as in over priced souvenirs, restaurants, etc. We actually had the tourist experience doing the pink jeep tour down in the diamond back gulch trail. The 'off roading' adventure was pretty fun full of bumby roads with various levels of incline and down hill trails. At the end of it I was just exhausted! We also dined at this posh pizza place that offered organic dishes. The place was decent, however, the service was poor. I guess that's normal in Sedona…always have their nose up in their bumms. After lunch we headed up to the Airport look out that had just the most amazing view of the city and did some hiking up on the red rocks. Aside from that our Sedona experience was memorable.

Now we are back in our hotel and everyone is asleep…yes we are so exhausted from today

Tomorrows plans is kinda uncertain right now. We might head to Albuquerque, NM and take the tram? who knows where this adventure will take us

Good night!

Ps we will be posting more pictures and videos soon
